The result: a brand now featured in Growth Operators' private equity gifting program, distributed to institutional investors and business partners as a showcase of standout local product development.

This rebrand doesn’t just look good—it feels like Kiley. And more importantly, it gives her the tools to show up confidently and professionally in every space she works. Whether it's on listing presentations, social media posts, business cards, or signage, these design assets help Kiley build trust, attract the right clients, and stand out in a crowded market—while staying true to who she is.

Corporate Event Branding for an 80-Person Leadership Offsite

Growth Operators, Minneapolis | Event Marketing 

Collaborated with the CMO of Growth Operators to develop branded collateral for their semi-annual GoGather leadership event, held at Target Field in Minneapolis. Designed custom event badges that captured the energy of the occasion while reinforcing the company's growth-driven brand identity.

The deliverable went beyond functional—it became a keepsake that fostered team connection and brand pride among 80 employees, functioning as both an event asset and a lasting brand touchpoint.

Brand Leadership for an 80+ Member Organization

President of Advancing Women in Entrepreneurship (AWE)

As the former VP of Marketing and now President of AWE, I lead brand strategy, PR, and marketing for one of Miami University's most active entrepreneurship organizations—a community of 80+ ambitious women founders and leaders.

Launched four apparel collections that strengthened on-campus brand identity and drove community engagement. Built social media asset templates to ensure brand consistency across leadership transitions. Currently overseeing PR, marketing, and development teams as the organization scales.
