Kiley and I couldn't land the logo. Nothing felt like her—until she stopped talking about real estate and started talking about the first home she ever flipped and sold, the one that made her a realtor in the first place. So I stopped designing a realtor and started drawing that house. The illustration became the logo, the wallpaper, the whole visual world—a brand built on the one story only she could tell.
